Request for Evidence (RFE) Response Documentation

ILIC CONSULTING prepares RFE response documentation for clients and immigration attorneys responding to USCIS Requests for Evidence. When USCIS issues an RFE, the case often requires additional explanation, stronger business evidence, clearer financial support, a more detailed operational plan, or a better connection between the applicant's background, the business activity, and the visa requirements. Our role is to help attorneys and clients strengthen the business-related portion of the response by preparing clear, organized, and persuasive supporting documents that address the issues raised in the RFE. This may include revised or expanded business plans, updated financial projections, job creation explanations, market research, staffing plans, investment summaries, executive or managerial role descriptions, national importance arguments, company structure explanations, and other business-focused materials needed to support the petition. We do not provide legal representation or legal advice, but we work closely with immigration attorneys to ensure that the supporting documentation is consistent with the legal strategy and directly responsive to the concerns identified by USCIS.
